Founded in 1987, the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Chester County presents fully staged productions of the G&S operettas, complete with costumes, sets, and full orchestra. As a “town-and-gown” organization, we are privileged to have performed in the Madeleine Wing Adler Theatre at West Chester University. In addition to our main stage show, we have also presented Trial by Jury in the Chester County Historic Courthouse in prior years in early December as part of West Chester’s Old-Fashioned Christmas celebration. GSSCC also offers traveling road shows featuring the best of G&S and tailored to meet the needs of retirement communities, service clubs, churches, municipal parks, business groups, and private homes.
